Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional to oversee regulatory reporting, risk assessments, and governance in the insurance industry. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely remediation and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, conducting reviews, supporting risk projects, and ensuring updated customer records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, audit or in the area of compliance and risk management in insurance industry.
• Tertiary education in Insurance, Business or equivalent qualifications, preferably possess insurance certification (i.e. M5, M9, Health Insurance).

Responsabilités

• Manage internal, external and regulatory requests, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Support compliance reviews and follow up on findings and remediation actions.
• Conduct quality reviews and monitoring of operational transactions and processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and monitor service provider engagements, including risk assessments, procurement and legal requirements.
• Conduct remediation exercises to ensure customer records are accurate and updated.
• Prepare divisional performance reports and provide analysis to support management decisions.
• Identify potential operational and compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks and industry best practices.
• Support ad-hoc risk, compliance and operational projects as required.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $7000 + VBS (2-3 months)
