Job summary

Medtronic in Singapore seeks a Sales Representative for Peripheral Vascular Health to drive field sales and provide clinical/technical support to healthcare professionals. The role requires regular travel within Singapore, on-call rotations, and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or clinical support within healthcare settings.
• Ability to provide procedural coverage in hospital or operating theatre environments.
• Experience building relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Singapore to support accounts.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio within assigned accounts to meet sales objectives.
• Provide clinical and technical support during vascular procedures to ensure proper product utilisation.
• Develop long-term relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nurses, and cath lab teams.
• Identify customer needs and deliver product solutions to improve outcomes and drive adoption.
• Deliver product education through case support, demonstrations, trainings, and workshops.
• Conduct market research and monitor activities to inform territory growth plans.
• Manage inventory activities, billing coordination, and customer administration within accounts.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage outside standard hours as needed.
