Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operating Theatre Staff Nurse to join the team in Singapore. The role involves assisting surgeons, scrub/AU nursing, and coordinating patient transfers through the surgical pathway. You will provide post-operative care and participate in ongoing protocol improvements.

Qualified candidates hold a Nursing degree with SNB licence and are able to work across multiple surgical disciplines in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Willing to support a range of surgical disciplines.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and commitment to delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform Scrub and/or Anaesthetic Unit (AU) nursing responsibilities in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfer before and after surgery.
• Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
