Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated nurse to support surgeons during operations, ensuring precise documentation and adherence to clinical guidelines. The role includes scrub and anaesthetic unit duties across procedures, with emphasis on patient safety and comfort throughout transfers.

The position involves coordinating with departments for safe transport, administering post-operative recovery care, and contributing to policy and procedure improvements under management guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support to surgeons during operative procedures and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Carry out Scrub Nurse and Anaesthetic Unit Nurse duties according to the requirements of each procedure and established clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to arrange safe patient transfers and transport.
• Escort and orientate patients before, during and after transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patients in accordance with the relevant care protocols.
• Participate in the review, development and improvement of nursing policies, protocols and procedures.
• Undertake other nursing and operational duties as assigned by management.
