Job summary

HIGHER QUALITY BEVERAGES FOODS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced production manager to oversee end-to-end live show operations, seasonal programming, and events. You will coordinate artist scheduling, rehearsals, travel logistics, rider requirements, and contracts.

You will manage budgets, liaise with directors, marketing, and technical staff, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and supervise front-of-house and backstage logistics during performances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in arts management, theater administration, event operations, or a related entertainment field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of live stage operations, technical production elements (audio, lighting, staging), and artist contract management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with artists, technical crews, and management.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, corresponding to show runs and event dates.
