Job summary

XIANGFEI PTE. LTD. is seeking an events co-ordinator to coordinate show lists and manage the full cycle of rehearsals, auditions, and performer selection to optimize role allocation and production quality.

You will arrange show lists, schedule performers, assess strengths, onboard artistes, and collaborate with producers to meet production demands, while representing artistes in meetings and maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Arrange show lists and schedule performers to ensure seamless event flow
• Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified performing artistes
• Assess individual performers’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall production quality
• Collaborate with producers to coordinate artiste performance time slots and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and align on production goals
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards and support artistes during shows
• Coordinate with fellow artistes and band members to fine-tune performances, ensuring readiness and smooth stage operations
• Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among artistes to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
