Job summary

lucky 212 music lounge in Singapore seeks an experienced performing artiste manager to coordinate on‑stage performances, rehearsals with band members and singers, and production tuning with the stage manager. You will keep weekly song selections, memorize lyrics, recruit and interview new artistes, and guide performers to achieve high standards while maintaining discipline.

• Must have strong stage performing experience.
• Excellent communication with singers and performers.
• Experience in recruiting and interviewing artistes ownership and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all assigned on the stage performances of the company.
• Attend all rehearsals and work with the band members and all the singer.
• Work with the stage manager to fine tune performances.
• Keep and update all weekly selection of 20 songs for routine performances.
• Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performances standards.
• Recruit and interview all new performance artistes.
• Interpret all music or dance and perform production.
• Guide and advise artistes to improve on the stage.
• Discipline problematic performers.

Requirements

• 1. Must have 1 to 2 years working experience in nightclub as Performing Artiste related as manager
• 2. Able to work and communicate well with all the singer
• 3. Must has experience as Performer and singing and dancing
• 4. Can knowledge all Mandarin songs Jpop and kpop is advantageous
• 5. Must have strong stage Performing experience
• 6. Flexibility-willingness to work in nightclub operatiing hours, include evenings weekends and Public holidays from 7.00pm to 2.00am
