Job summary

• Arrange and manage the show list to ensure seamless event scheduling and performer readiness
• Coordinate and execute the rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified performing artistes
• Assess individual strengths and weaknesses of performing artistes to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
• Collaborate with producers to schedule and adjust artiste performing time slots, ensuring optimal show flow and timing
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and align on production objectives
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards and support consistent show delivery
• Fine-tune performances collaboratively with other artistes and band members to ensure smooth operations and readiness for live shows
• Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among artistes to foster a cohesive and high-performing production environment
