Job summary

GUI FEI 8 KTV LOUNGE in Singapore is seeking an experienced Performing Artiste Manager to lead stage performances and rehearsal coordination. You will work with singers, band members, and the stage crew to deliver polished shows and manage song selections.

You will recruit talents, train performers, and discipline artistes as needed to uphold high stage standards and audience satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years working experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related as manager.
• Able to work and communicate well with all the singer(s).
• Must have experience as Performer and singing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all assigned on the stage singing, dancing and performances of the company.
• Attend all rehearsals and work with the band members and all the singer.
• Work with the stage manager to fine tune performance.
• Keep and update all weekly selections of the least 20 songs for routine performance.
• Memorize lyrics and routine of song selection for optimal performances standards.
• Recruit and interview all the new performance artiste(s).
• Interpret all music or dance and perform production.
• Guide and advise artiste to improve on the stage.
• Discipline problematic artiste.
