Job summary

STAR NINE PTE. LTD. seeks talented Performing Artistes to join our regular show lineup. You will deliver live performances that engage audiences and adapt to the venue's vibe, whether solo, in a band, or as a specialty act.

Attend rehearsals and sound checks, collaborate with the venue's production team, and maintain a professional presence for reliable, consistent shows.

Qualifications

• Proven performing experience in live gigs, residencies, showcases, or equivalent.
• Strong stage presence and ability to connect with a live audience.
• Reliable and professional – able to commit to a consistent performance schedule.
• Own instruments/equipment unless otherwise arranged with the venue.
• Comfortable performing in an intimate, close-to-audience livehouse setting.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with venue staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform live sets on our stage according to an agreed schedule (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
• Deliver a set list that fits the venue's vibe and audience.
• Attend sound checks and rehearsals ahead of scheduled performances.
• Collaborate with venue production and management on stage setup, timing, and technical requirements.
• Maintain a professional and reliable presence — arriving on time and prepared.
• Help build audience engagement through stage presence and social media promotion.
• Provide rider/technical requirements ahead of each show.
• Represent the venue positively on and off stage.

About Us

We\'re looking for talented, engaging Performing Artistes to join our lineup and bring energy to our stage on a regular basis.

The Role

As a Performing Artiste, you\'ll take the stage as part of our regular show lineup — delivering live performances that keep our audience coming back. Whether you\'re a solo act, part of a band, or a specialty performer, we\'re looking for people who can connect with a crowd and deliver consistently great sets.

What You\'ll Do

• Perform live sets on our stage according to an agreed schedule (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly, depending on arrangement)


• Deliver a set list that fits the venue\'s vibe and audience, adjusting based on crowd and event type


• Attend sound checks and rehearsals ahead of scheduled performances


• Collaborate with the venue\'s production and management team on stage setup, timing, and technical requirements


• Maintain a professional and reliable presence — arriving on time, prepared, and ready to perform


• Help build audience engagement through your stage presence, and where relevant, through your own social media promotion


• Provide your rider/technical requirements ahead of each show


• Represent the venue positively both on and off stage

What We\'re Looking For
