Job summary

HD ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a performing artiste who can engage audiences through acting, singing, dancing, or other performance forms, delivering compelling stage performances.

You will audition, rehearse with the team, tour if required, and collaborate with directors to tailor performances for diverse audiences, while maintaining professionalism, creativity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• An artist must be an expert on the ins and outs of the music.
• They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills and basic computer skills.
• Artist managers must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.
• Possesses the ability to work on various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interpret music or dance and perform in a production.
• Convey emotion or tell a story using body movement, vocals, or instruments.
• Audition for roles.
• Attend rehearsals and confer with other band members.
• Teach students how to perform specialized craft.
• Work with music director to fine-tune performance.
• Go on short-term or lengthy tours.
• Arrange for musical instruments or props to arrive at gigs.
• Promote music through fliers, word of mouth, social media, or interviews.
• Perform on stage in front of a live audience.
• Interpret criticism from directors.
• Memorize lines or musical notes.
• Read scripts.
