Job summary

Kitty Consultancy Services Pte. Ltd. invites a performing artiste to join our dynamic stage team, delivering nightly performances from 9pm to 2am. The role includes auditioning and selecting candidates, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, and coordinating with the producer on time slots to ensure top quality productions.

You will memorize lyrics, interpret music and dance, and share stage experience with junior artistes, maintaining peak condition for outstanding performances on stage.

Responsibilities

• Daily on-stage performance from 9pm to 2am.
• Oversee rehearsal, audition and selection processes for performing artistes.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses of each artiste for optimal role allocation.
• Monitor on-stage performance levels monthly and provide corrective feedback.
• Coordinate with the producer on artiste time slots and adjust as needed.
• Handle audition and evaluation processes for new artiste applicants.
• Memorize lyrics and routines for selected songs to ensure peak performance.
• Interpret music or dance and perform in productions.
• Synchronize with other artistes and band members to ensure smooth operations and top condition.
• Share stage experiences with junior artistes to foster growth.

Job description

1.Daily performance gets ready to start performing singing and dancing on the stage from 9pm to 2am.

2. Responsible for the rehearsal, audition and selection process for all candidate applying for the performing artiste position.

3. Identify the strengths and weakness of Each and every individual performing artiste for efficiency in allocation of performing roles.

4. Monitor the on-stage performance levels of all performing artistes monthly and feedback to the artiste for corrective measures (when necessary).

5. Work with producer on the artiste performing time slots and make the necessary adjustments when the need arises.

6. Responsible for the audition, evaluation selection process for all candidates applying for the performing artiste position.

7. Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards

8. Interpret music or dance and perform in production.

9. Fine tune with others artiste and all the other band members, ensuring smooth operation and ready to perform on the stage at any time in top condition and produce excellence production.

10. Share her stage experience with the other junior artiste.
