The Biddable Campaign Manager is a key member of the team and reporting into and working closely with the Head of Performance.

The Biddable Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing the smooth delivery of all biddable campaigns across global biddable platforms (search, social, programmatic) and supporting key strategic operational projects to evolve the day-to-day operational ways of working.

To ensure the smooth delivery of all biddable campaigns, the Biddable Campaign Manager will be responsible for daily communication across Regional and Local markets, and the biddable teams, to ensure all biddable buyers have all required information to proceed with campaign activation.

The Biddable Campaign Manager will oversee all biddable campaigns to ensure receipt of biddable campaign briefs and biddable teams deliver timely completion of tactical media plans, campaign setup, quality assurance checks, go-live confirmations, recurring campaign performance reports, and finance tasks.

The Biddable Campaign Manager is vital to ensuring our biddable campaigns are timely, accurate, and geared to support continued growth of the client business.

Responsibilities
  • Playbooks and Best Practices Development
  • Co-Lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of regional biddable playbooks, activation guides, and operational standards
  • Build platform best practices across search, social and programmatic platforms
  • Ensure adoption of the best practices. they are applied for campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy, creative testing, and landing page optimization
  • Drive consistency in execution, governance, and quality assurance across all markets
  • Test & Learn
  • Work closely with the regional and local teams to build test & learn agenda across search, social and programmatic
  • Work with the data team to standardize testing frameworks, measurement methodologies, success criteria, and document the learnings
  • Work with the head of performance to launch the testing of new formats across our key biddable platforms
  • Consolidate, socialize, and operationalize learnings across markets to accelerate adoption of proven approaches
  • Campaign Management
  • Lead the enforcement and utilisation of Workflow across all biddable buyers, assigned trafficking team, and Regional and Local markets
  • Own the biddable regional Campaign Tracker, and have daily oversight of the status for all current and up-coming biddable campaigns
  • Run regional biddable campaign status calls where necessary
  • Troubleshoot any issues during campaign implementation and provide guidance to the biddable teams to ensure smooth deployment
  • Communicate directly with biddable buyers and assigned trafficking team to receive updates on campaign status
  • Manage Regional and Local markets to ensure agreed SLAs are respected through negotiation and education. Identify legitimate emergency campaign requests and work with biddable buyers to define suitable timings for delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of end-to-end biddable activation, including tactical media planning, campaign setup, QA, go-live confirmations, campaign reporting, and finance
  • Proactively communicate with Regional and Local markets to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, tactical media plans, and go-live approvals from clients
  • Review and report monthly on the timeliness and accuracy of the team’s delivery, identifying areas for improvement in process, ways of working, or training
  • Lead internal biddable campaign status calls with biddable buyers, identify delays, and ensure clear steps are put in place for resolution
  • Process & Governance
  • Create biddable process documentation and arrange training sessions with Regional and Local markets to ensure all team members involved in biddable campaigns are working effectively
  • Ensure adoption of the key processes implemented by the biddable team across all markets and teams
  • Support the team to identify, build, and deploy improvements across the account
  • Team
  • Work closely with the Head of Performance to support across all areas of business as required
  • Act as the bridge between biddable buyers and Regional and Local markets
  • Collaborate with other Biddable Campaign Managers to ensure knowledge transfer, ways of working, and recommendations for process optimisations are standardised and replicated across all relevant regions
  • Take the lead on day-to-day campaign account management and proactively help to drive timely and accurate delivery of all biddable campaigns
  • Proactively propose improved processes and ways of working
  • Learn about the agency, how the business works, and the various disciplines within it, as well as the broader media industry
  • Prioritise training sessions and on-the-job learning to further develop core skills
Qualifications
  • Prior experience of working within a large company and a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of social, paid search, programmatic, and biddable trafficking processes, with the ability to identify potential delays and challenges in the end-to-end campaign process.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with multi-cultural backgrounds.
  • Experienced in high-volume campaign/project management with expertise in building internal tracking documents or online dashboards to visualise status to senior management.
  • Experience with multi-market network coordination.
  • Strong presentation creation and delivery skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Determination to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Skilled negotiator, particularly in managing SLAs under pressure.
