Job summary

ASIA PACIFIC BREWERIES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a senior HRBP to lead talent priorities for the Commerce function. You will partner with Commercial leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent, drive workforce planning, and champion people development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.

You will influence senior stakeholders, build robust talent pipelines, and lead key HR initiatives to enable sustainable business growth and transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in business partnering roles.
• Strong HRBP foundation with expertise in transformation and talent development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Leadership Teams to identify and secure critical talent moves that support business growth and continuity
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Commerce functions through targeted recruitment and development strategies
• Support people development by collaborating with stakeholders to implement learning and growth initiatives
• Deepen team engagement and connection by facilitating regular communication and change management support across teams
• Shape team climate and leadership behaviors by designing and executing targeted interventions that promote a high-trust, connected culture
• Provide People partnership and HR expertise on cross-functional projects such as Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) to ensure alignment with business goals
• Support delivery of business-critical processes including Annual Planning, People Review, Performance Management, and Annual Salary Review to drive organizational effectiveness

Key Experience/Capabilities Required

• A degree in Business, HR or equivalent
• 7+ years of HR experience, primarily in business partnering roles
• Strong HRBP foundation with expertise in organizational transformation and talent development
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively
• Experience leading and developing a People Generalist
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing through change
• Commercial acumen and understanding of front-line Sales challenges will be a plus
