The role involves in-person collaboration three days a week and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. The role emphasizes customer service, process improvement, and a balanced hybrid work model with training provided, no prior HR

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for APAC support.
• Strong customer-service orientation and empathy in interactions.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in HR processes and documents.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and adapting to new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
