Job summary

YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to shape our learning and digital HR journey. You will collaborate with business leaders and employees to enhance culture, learning environments and employee experience.

You will drive learning initiatives, manage sponsorships and funding opportunities, and support HR systems implementations while leveraging data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with focus on Learning & Development, Organisational Development or HR Business Partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Experience in managing learning programmes or HR projects.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver corporate learning and development initiatives that build capabilities and support career growth.
• Drive HR digitalisation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Support GPTW initiatives and contribute to culture and employee engagement.
• Partner Technology as Human Capital Business Partner, addressing workforce planning and talent development.
