Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is offering an internship with the People Strategy & Experience Team. You’ll work closely with Programme Leads on initiatives designed to enhance people experiences and drive people-centric goals.

This hands-on opportunity lets you gain exposure across People Experience, Global Mobility, Mentorship, Career Progression and Employee Engagement, while developing practical skills and contributing to live programmes and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Support PX initiatives and events to enhance people experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate programmes.
• Create internal communications for employee platforms and knowledge hubs.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to inform programmes.
• Track programme progress and support continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for logistics and quality delivery.
• Assist onboarding and assignment support for new hires and assignees.
