Job summary

The Singapore Global Network (SGN), a division under the Economic Development Board, focuses on building an overseas network to strengthen Singapore's business and talent ecosystem. The Design, Capacity and Culture team handles people-centred experience, workplace experience, funding programme operations and back-office functions.

Qualifications

• At least a diploma in any discipline with 1–3 years of working experience.
• Must be comfortable working with/learning how to use digital tools such as Salesforce and event management platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff engagement and culture building initiatives, internal communications, change management and organisational development matters.
• Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines.
• Provide support for other back-office functions such as procurement, event administration, secretariat support for meetings and data entry/processing.
