Job summary

The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) invites applications for a role within the Singapore Global Network's Design, Capacity and Culture team. You will assist staff engagement, culture-building initiatives, internal comms and organisational development, while supporting funding assessment and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• At least a diploma in any discipline with 1–3 years of working experience.
• Must be comfortable learning how to use digital tools such as Salesforce and event management platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Singaporean.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff engagement and culture building initiatives, internal communications, change management and organisational development matters
• Review and assess funding applications according to established criteria and guidelines
• Provide support for other back-office functions where required such as procurement, event administration, secretariat support for meetings and data entry/processing
