Job summary

Economic Development Board is seeking an Assistant Manager (Strategy, Planning and Analytics) within the Singapore Global Network (SGN). You will collaborate on SGN’s corporate strategy, work planning and data analytics to drive diaspora engagement and strategic initiatives.

You will translate insights into actionable workplans, monitor KPIs, and support cross-functional projects across SGN, EDB and partner agencies, applying structured problem-solving and analytics throughout.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present clearly.
• High sense of ownership and ability to manage defined workstreams independently.
• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Python or other analytics tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SGN's Steering Committee secretariat and coordinate representation.
• Monitor KPIs and workplan performance; surface insights and recommendations.
• Develop strategy papers, management presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects addressing strategic challenges.
