Job summary

Temasek is seeking an Associate, Data Scientist (Contract) to support predictive analytics, data-driven AI solutions and trusted people data foundations. You will work with data scientists, product managers and stakeholders to deliver analytics, data preparation and AI experimentation that support enterprise decision-making.

Requirements include a degree in data science or related field and 1–3 years in data science, analytics or AI roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience (or strong internship/project experience) in data science, analytics or AI roles.
• Exposure to data governance, access control or privacy considerations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and testing of predictive models for workforce planning and skills analysis.
• Assist in the design and training of data and insights agents that automate analysis.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of data models and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical tasks.
