Job summary

Temasek is building next‑generation data and AI capabilities to enable forward‑looking workforce decisions. We seek an Associate, Data Scientist (Contract) to support predictive analytics, data‑driven AI solutions and trusted people data foundations.

This role sits within the Organisation & People function and works with data scientists, product managers and business stakeholders to deliver hands‑on analytics, data preparation and AI experimentation for enterprise decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data science, analytics or AI roles.
• Exposure to data governance, access control or privacy considerations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test predictive models for workforce planning and talent insights.
• Build AI-driven data and insights agents and autonomous analytics workflows.
• Maintain data models, dictionaries and access controls for accuracy and security.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Qlik Sense to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with O&P stakeholders to translate questions into analytical tasks and solutions.
