Job summary

De ion is seeking an experienced Pega Developer with a strong background in low-code application development and front-end technologies to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega development, with additional skills in Angular for front-end development and Java or other backend languages.

This role will involve developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using Pega and other relevant technologies, contributing to a high-performance Agile team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience with Pega, including hands-on experience in at least one full project lifecycle.
• Pega certification(s) preferred for higher consideration.
• Experience with Angular for front-end development and backend languages (Java/Python/Node.js).

Responsibilities

• Pega Development: design, develop, and implement applications on the Pega platform across the project lifecycle.
• Front-End Development: use Angular to build responsive interfaces improving user experience.
• Backend Integration: collaborate on backend development with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Version Control: use Git for secure code management and collaboration.
• Agile Collaboration: participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• CI/CD & Cloud Integration: engage in CI/CD and cloud deployments on AWS or GCP.
• Containerization & Serverless: utilize Docker and serverless frameworks for efficiency.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: use Figma to wireframe and prototype design concepts.
• Testing: implement unit testing to ensure code quality.
