Nurture Pods Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Early Intervention team.

You will assess and support children with developmental needs across fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care, collaborating with EI teachers and families to help each child reach their fullest potential. This hands-on paediatric role emphasizes collaboration within a school-based setting, with responsibilities for assessments, goal setting, therapy sessions,

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore, or eligible for registration.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience working with children with developmental and learning needs.
• Good understanding of child development, sensory integration and early intervention practices.

Mansioni

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments
• Establish individualized therapy goals in coordination with the EI teaching team
• Plan and deliver individual and/or group therapy sessions, adapting strategies, activities and equipment to each child's functioning level and needs
• Regularly review and document each child's progress
• Work closely with EI team to ensure a consistent, integrated approach to each child's development
• Contribute to case reviews, team discussions and program planning, and support transition planning to the next school setting
• Maintain clear, timely and accurate therapy documentation
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers on progress, goals and strategies for home reinforcement
