Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior associate with 3+ years in a private equity setting to develop and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for a leading AI lab. You will craft investment committee memos, LBO outputs, portfolio reviews, 100-day plans, LP reports, and exit decks, ensuring polished, data-driven storytelling.

Remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Exceptional PowerPoint skills and impeccable written communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Cover core workflows: investment committee memos and decks, LBO model output pages, portfolio review presentations, 100-day plan decks, LP reporting materials, and exit preparation decks.
• Ensure high-quality, clear storytelling and precise data visualization.
