Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investment banking senior associates to help train our AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated pitch books, company profiles, and CIM drafting.

Remote, flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week at $100/hour, with start ASAP. 2+ years at bulge bracket or elite boutique banks required; strong PowerPoint and banker-standard formatting essential, plus excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking at a bulge bracket or elite boutique
• Strong expertise in pitch book structure, comps pages, and banker-standard formatting
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (pitch book production, company profiles, CIM drafting)
• Produce and refine AI-generated presentations with banker-standard formatting
• Ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of slide decks and presentations
