DealHub Ltd. seeks a high-impact Chief Financial Officer for a PE-backed, capex-intensive business in Singapore. You will partner with the CEO and sponsor to drive capital budgeting, cash flow and governance, delivering ROIC and EBITDA growth toward a 3–5 year exit.

You will lead investor reporting, debt management, treasury, and ERP upgrades, and ensure audit readiness. The role demands a strategic, hands-on CFO with strong communication to lenders and the board and a track record in heavy

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years of corporate finance leadership, with a mandatory track record as a CFO or VP of Finance within a PE-backed company.
• Experience in high-CapEx, heavy-asset industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, or logistics is highly preferred.
• Proven involvement in debt refinancing, structured finance, asset leasing, or a private equity exit event.
• Advanced mastery of financial engineering, levered capital structures, and performance metrics (ROIC, IRR, Free Cash Flow).
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to challenge operating leaders and engage lenders and boards.

Mansioni

• CapEx Allocation: establish governance, hurdle rates, and ROI modeling for multi-million dollar investments.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: monitor timelines, costs, and utilization to generate cash flows.
• Investment Defense: pitch major CapEx projects to the PE Board.
• Cash Flow & Debt: manage liquidity, debt facilities, covenants, and supplier payments.
• PE Board Relations: deliver transparent reporting (EBITDA, MOIC, Net Debt) and drive value creation.
• Operational Accounting & Tech: implement ABC costing and upgrade ERP/BI tools for traceability.
