Job summary

Confidential PE-backed portfolio company seeks a strategic CFO to partner with the CEO, overseeing capital-intensive operations and a rigorous financial discipline. The role focuses on maximizing ROIC and EBITDA growth while preparing the company for a potential exit within 3–5 years.

You will manage CapEx governance, cash flow, and debt facilities, delivering transparent monthly PE-compliant reporting and driving a robust financial infrastructure across ERP and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate finance leadership, with CFO or VP of Finance experience in PE-backed firms.
• Experience in high-CapEx, heavy-asset industries (manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics).
• Proven debt refinancing, structured finance, asset leasing, or PE exit experience.
• Advanced mastery of financial engineering, levered capital structures, and performance metrics (ROIC, IRR, Free Cash Flow).
• Strong executive presence and ability to challenge spending while engaging lenders and the board.

Responsibilities

• CapEx governance, ROI modeling, and multi-million dollar asset investments.
• Cash flow management, 13-week forecasting, and debt facilities optimization.
• Prepare investor reports with EBITDA, MOIC, Net Debt metrics for PE sponsor.
• Drive value-creation initiatives and ensure exit-readiness for IPO or strategic sale.
• Oversee controllership, including ERP and BI upgrades to strengthen financial infrastructure.
