Job summary

ATLAZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support growth as the group expands into corporate secretarial services.

The CFO will evaluate acquisitions, execute transactions, and integrate acquired businesses, working closely with the Board and external advisers.

The role requires a strong track record in M&A, financial leadership, and post‑acquisition integration, with excellent communication and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in CFO/Finance Director roles.
• Experience in M&A, corporate restructuring, fundraising or cross-border deals.
• Strong knowledge of financial due diligence, valuation, modelling and deal analysis.
• Post‑acquisition integration and performance monitoring experience.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, taxation, audits and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with Board-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English and ability to work with local and overseas advisers.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition strategy and portfolio-growth initiatives with the Board.
• Evaluate targets via due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash-flow management.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks and risk management.
• Support investment, financing and corporate restructuring efforts.
• Develop and lead the finance team to support growth and operations.
