Job summary

Move Repeat PTE LTD is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, commercial and shared-services across the group. You will drive capital discipline, governance and the HR/Finance operating platform to enable scalable growth across brands, markets and ownership models.

You will partner with the CEO and Board on strategic decisions, cash management, regulatory compliance and financial planning, while building robust reporting and data-driven governance across APAC regions.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent; professional qualification preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance leadership across multi-entity, multi-location businesses.
Experience leading group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, cashflow and board-level analysis.
Strong knowledge of Singapore GST, tax, CPF/payroll, compliance and regional exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead group financial strategy for a holding group across brands, regions and investments.
Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, variance analysis and scenario planning.
Own governance, controls, compliance, and audit across regions, including intercompany reconciliation.
Manage shared services roadmap for finance and HR systems, data governance and reporting.
Partner with founders, CEO and board to drive capital allocation, fundraising readiness and growth.
