Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service focused individual to support our operations at Macpherson MRT. You will handle enquiries, schedule service appointments, and provide updates on progress.

The role involves preparing service documents, quotations and invoices, handling payments, and coordinating with the service team on daily operations including vehicle collection and handover. Office hours, 5.25 days per week.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' Level.
• Prior experience in customer service, admin, or receptionist roles is advantageous.
