Job summary

DFI Retail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Payroll professional to support the Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will process monthly payroll, handle overtime, allowances, leave, claims, and statutory payments, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of payslips and tax submissions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent.
• Fresh grads are welcomed.
• Comfortable with high-volume headcounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Meticulous, organized and a team-player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments.
• Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims.
• Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to reclaim overpayments.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals and cost charging to Finance.
• Prepare and send electronic payslips.
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission and annual income tax submission.
• Participate and support HR/Payroll projects.
• Handle team member enquiries on payroll matters.

The Role

Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay

• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
