Job summary

Smart IMS Inc in Singapore is seeking a Payments Transformation Manager to shape the technology strategy for payments across APAC. You will collaborate with ITGPST and enterprise control functions to align initiatives with business goals.

You will oversee analysis of the current tech landscape, engage senior stakeholders, and craft 3-, 5-, and 10-year roadmaps while managing regulatory risk across MAS and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Banking/Payments domain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT with 5–7+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in Product Owner or Business Analysis within Banking/Finance IT.
• Knowledge of APAC regulations and payment products; risk management preferred.
• Strong questioning, deep-dive ability and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current payment tech landscape across APAC markets.
• Develop 3-, 5- and 10-year technology strategies for payments.
• Manage senior stakeholders communications and reporting.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation across technology programs.
• Collaborate with multiple divisions to streamline payment technology management.
