Job summary

You will contribute to critical software solutions, produce architecture and design artifacts, develop production code, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, testing, and peer review.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and operations experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Experience with SDLC and agile practices like CI/CD and security.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with advanced problem solving.
• Produces secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Creates architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
• Gathers and analyzes data to improve software and system performance.
• Identifies patterns in data to drive coding hygiene and architecture improvements.
• Contributes to engineering communities of practice and embraces AI-assisted tooling.
• Supports diverse, inclusive team culture and responsible AI usage.
