Qualifications

• Experience in payment products, operations or partnerships.
• Experience with card networks and payment flows is a strong plus.
• Strong data-driven and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with card networks and payment providers to develop and deliver payment solutions for merchants.
• Be the single point of contact for day-to-day operations for assigned partnerships.
• Ensure processes are followed, deliverables met, and track performance metrics.
• Design and develop new processes to scale partnerships for growth and efficiency.
• Leverage data tools to track performance, identify trends, and support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales).
• Build relationships with stakeholders in partner organizations to advance Checkout’s goals.
