Job summary

CMC Markets is seeking a Payment Network & Solutions Executive in Singapore to support integration and daily operation of payment services. You will collaborate with vendors, banks, and product teams to ensure smooth processing and strong controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in payments, banking, fintech, treasury operations or payment-provider operations.
• Experience onboarding PSPs, banks or payment methods with due diligence and implementation actions.
• Experience reviewing contracts and turning obligations into actions, controls and procedures.
• Comfortable working with payment data, spreadsheets and reporting tools; using AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage fiat funds and crypto settlement if relevant.
• Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, provider portals and testing environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple provider, legal, operational and technical actions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Payments Services with onboarding of payment providers and banks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Data Protection, Financial Crime, Risk and Information Security actions; maintain trackers.
• Gather onboarding information including KYC/KYB evidence, contracts, bank details and settlement requirements.
• Review provider contracts and commercial terms; escalate material issues for risk acceptance.
• Coordinate provider integrations with external PayMaxis team and PSPs, including MIDs, credentials, APIs and currencies.
• Carry out testing for deposits, payouts and settlements before production.
• Maintain service documentation and escalation routes (Confluence, Jira, SOPs).
• Monitor provider portals for balances and settlements; flag exceptions for action.
• Reconcile provider transactions against ledgers and bank accounts; identify breaks with human review.
• Assist with movement of fiat and crypto funds within approved accounts under dual-control rules.
• Maintain settlement calendars, liquidity needs and cut-off times.
• Review provider charges, FX costs and refunds for consistency with terms.
• Support incidents, service changes and production issues with root-cause analysis.
