Job summary

ALPHA LADDER AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Business Partner to collaborate with product, commercial, and leadership teams across payments, card, and digital asset lines.

You will lead financial planning, modelling, and data analysis to turn insights into commercial decisions. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, building P&L and unit economics, and partnering with business heads to challenge assumptions and support growth in a fast‑paced regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering within payments/fintech/digital assets
• Strong hands-on ownership of strategic analysis and execution
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a regional advantage
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
• Experience with cross-border payments, card, or digital asset products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and performance management: budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews with commentary
• Financial modelling and analysis: build P&L, pricing, deals, scenario planning
• Data analysis and management reporting: extract and structure data and produce management reports
• Business partnering: work with business heads to review performance and influence decisions
• Strategic/regulatory projects: support launches and cross-jurisdiction expansion with financial analysis
• Finance process improvement and automation: identify inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives
• Ad hoc analysis and projects: support boards and leadership with business cases and reviews
