Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for a role shaping the next generation of digital payment solutions and governance of national schemes to anchor Singapore as a global payments hub.

You will collaborate with payments ecosystem stakeholders to co-create strategies, refine policies, and oversee end-to-end development of projects like PayNow and SGQR, ensuring resilience and secure infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or related field.
• Interest in payments and FinTech; relevant experience in financial services, public policy and payments regulations advantageous.
• Knowledge of payment systems and banking trends would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive and govern national payment projects and initiatives with stakeholders across financial institutions, associations and industry players.
• Develop and refine policies and frameworks for governance and risk management of national payment schemes.
• Oversee end-to-end development from problem identification to design, solutioning, implementation and industry rollout.
