Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a cashier/ customer service professional for rotating shifts. The role runs from 10am–10pm and 10pm–10am with a 2-hour break, at the Tuas location, with company transport pickup from Boon Lay/Jurong East MRT.

Attractive allowances and incentives are available. The successful candidate will support daily operations, handle inquiries, reconcile cash, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Prior cashiering and customer service experience is an advantage.
• Cheerful, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure all tasks and workflows run smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving potential issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to operational needs as they arise and make timely decisions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
