Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Available to start ASAP and commit to 12 weeks with at least 4 onsite days per week.
• Basic data analysis skills to extract insights from user feedback.
• Excellent communication and coordination across business units.
• Preliminary understanding of TikTok's business ecosystem, especially payments.
• Some experience in optimizing development and collaboration processes.

Responsibilities

• Regularly collect requirements from business units and communicate them to the product development team.
• Provide solutions and ensure execution for straightforward payment scenarios.
• Coordinate internal product prioritization and allocation of development resources.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and respond to user feedback and on-call for all payment units; optimize processing mechanisms.
• Manage payment requirements for new country expansions and standard integrations for business units.
• Facilitate communication and education for business units and users during feature launches.
