Job summary

TikTok is offering a hands-on internship with the Money Platform team based in Singapore. You will participate in the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements to post-sale support, collaborating with product managers, engineering, and business lines.

You will gain practical experience in backend development (Python/Go), API integrations, and AI-enabled automation, while building cross-functional communication skills and understanding of payments ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks with 5 days onsite during 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into clear, executable solutions for the product team.
• Support product launches/delivery end to end, from artifacts preparation through to user/developer enablement activities.
• Validate API integration flows and guides through end-to-end integration & testing, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the developer experience.
• Use coding and AI tools to automate repetitive delivery/process workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Work with customer support and QA to turn product feedback into self-service support flows (e.g. FAQs, chatbots).
