About Our Team The Money Platform supports a range of creator monetisation and commercialisation businesses across TikTok by providing core financial service capabilities, including catalog, purchase, clearing and settlement, payout, wallet, and tax.

As business needs continue to evolve, many use cases require not a single feature, but an end-to-end money service flow across multiple modules. This role focuses on turning platform capabilities into standardised, reusable, and scalable product solutions for different business scenarios. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities 1. Regularly collect requirements from business units and effectively communicate them to the product development team. 2. Provide solutions and ensure execution for straightforward payment scenarios. 3. Coordinate internal product prioritization, ensuring efficient coordination and allocation of development resources to drive orderly progress of business requirements. 4. Collect, organize, analyze, and promptly respond to user feedback and on-call for all payment business units. Continuously optimize online processing mechanisms and solutions. Drive product iterations to offer high‑quality tools meeting business needs. 5. Manage payment requirements for new country expansions, especially standard solutions integration for business units. 6. Facilitate communication and education for business units and users during the launch of new features.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Able to start ASAP and commit to a minimum of 12 weeks, with at least 4 days onsite per week
• Preliminary understanding of TikTok's business ecosystem, especially in the areas of payment and user feedback
• Basic data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from user feedback
• Strong sense of responsibility to drive the launch of new features, ensuring a smooth experience for users and business units

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Some experience in optimizing development and business collaboration processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling diverse requirements and feedback from multiple business units
