Job summary

Hua Ao is seeking a Payment Operations Executive to join the growing operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on deposit and withdrawal processing, payment monitoring, reconciliation, and daily operational support to ensure smooth fund flow.

The candidate should have a finance-related degree, strong Excel/Word skills, and be comfortable with a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Mandarin and English proficiency is required for regional communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in Payment Operations, Fund Operations, Banking Operations, Reconciliation, or related functions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and shift-based environment.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts (2 shifts type).
• Proficient in Mandarin and English to support communication with stakeholders and regional counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Monitor payment flows and follow up on pending or abnormal cases.
• Perform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate settlement.
• Support payment execution, fund allocation, and account monitoring.
• Prepare operational and data reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with process improvement and ad-hoc tasks when required.

You will be involved in payment monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, and daily operational support to ensure smooth fund flow across the business.
