Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Associate to handle front-desk reception, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payments. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The successful candidate will verify patient details, manage inquiries, and ensure smooth patient flow. They will work a 5.5-day week and contribute to meeting quality KPIs while maintaining excellent patient

Qualifications

• Reception and patient registration on EPIC/LIS/RIS/BSS.
• Verify patient details (NRIC & Name).
• Schedule and book appointments including mammogram registrations via the BSS portal.
• Provide instructions and escort patients to rooms as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries with courteous service.
• Cashier duties including payment collection, Medisave transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Apply promotions and discounts in EASIPOS.
• Administrative support including dispatching reports and courier records.
• Ensure quality KPIs are met and assist in patient relations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the reception desk and verify details in the system.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments, including mammogram registrations via BSS portal.
• Provide clear instructions and escort patients to examination rooms as required.
• Answer inquiries promptly and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Process payments, perform Medisave transactions and reconcile end-of-day cash.
