PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an adaptable Clinic Support Associate to join our multi-site healthcare team.

You will assist with patient registration, screening, billing and payments while upholding clinic standards. You will help maintain waiting areas and kiosks, support clinicians during consultations, coordinate appointments, and guide patients in using kiosks and the institution's mobile app. Be flexible for deployment across clinics and participate in service improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least N/O/Nitec or Diploma.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinic operation standards and hospital policies.
• Assist with patient registration, screening, billing, and payments accurately.
• Handle patient feedback and expedite issues when needed.
• Maintain clinic readiness, including waiting areas and self-service kiosks.
• Support clinicians and therapists during consultations.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage wait times effectively.
• Process EPIC work queue tasks on the same workday.
• Guide patients in using kiosks and the institution's mobile app.
• Be flexible for deployment across different clinics.
• Assist with administrative tasks and participate in service improvement projects.
