Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• 2–3 years of experience in admission & discharge in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review registration, admission, financial counselling, billing & payment processes.
• Ensure urgent cases are fast-tracked for immediate admission and/or discharge.
• Review cashier collections and day end banking processes.
• Prepare and manage the Patient Service Officer roster for coverage across service centres.
• Assist customers and maintain rapport with patients, doctors, clinic staff, and insurers.
• Manage accounts receivable, refunds, and reimbursements including Medisave/Medishield.
• Monitor KPIs for Admission & Discharge and drive continuous improvement.
