Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd has a short-term contract in Singapore for a meal services coordinator role. The position runs from Oct 2026 to Dec 2026 / Jan 2027, with a 5-day work week totaling 42 hours and rotational hours (5:15am-2:45pm or 7:30am-5:00pm). Transport claimable for the 5:15am shift.

You will manage patient meal orders, generate meal summaries and chits, handle inquiries, support meal assembly and plating, manage stock and deliveries, and conduct patient satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

• Min. NITEC/Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline preferred.
• Must possess valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administration.
• Generate meal summaries and meal chits.
• Handle calls, enquiries and feedback.
• Support meal assembly and plating.
• Manage stock, supplies and deliveries.
• Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys.
• Support staff meal orders and payment processing.
• Perform general administrative and operational duties.
