Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Care Officer to plan, coordinate and supervise the care and well-being of residents, ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

You will organize programmes, conduct resident interviews, and maintain records while collaborating with internal teams and external providers to meet residents' needs. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum).
• Experience in social services, residential care or related settings is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with residents.
