WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Nursing Operations Lead in Singapore to work closely with the Head of Nursing to plan and manage nursing services and resident care.

You will lead nursing teams to raise service quality, support personalised-care models, and develop policies, SOPs and clinical guidelines while ensuring MOH compliance.

The role includes conducting audits, staff training, performance reviews, and ongoing quality improvement to maintain high standards of care and safety.

• Work closely with the Head of Nursing to plan and manage nursing operations and services.
• Lead nursing teams to improve service quality and resident care standards.
• Support the implementation of personalised-care models for elderly residents.
• Develop and review nursing policies, SOPs and clinical guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with MOH requirements, nursing standards and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct clinical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, staff training, competency assessments and performance management.
• Guide, coach and mentor nurses and care staff.
• Monitor nursing care quality, resident feedback and clinical documentation.
• Conduct regular resident rounds to ensure quality care is maintained.
• Oversee infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE compliance.
• Monitor nursing performance, KPIs, budgets and resources.
• Work with Nurse Educators and external organisations to develop staff training programmes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare reports when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
