Job summary

ANNABELLA PATISSERIE TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to manage inbound shipments, uncrating heavy crates, and forklift operations in our central kitchen and packaging store in Singapore.

You will support daily packaging production, ensure FEFO/FIFO stock rotation, handle cold chain storage, and prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift / Reach Truck Operator License is required.
• Prior experience in warehouse receiving, container de-stuffing, or uncrating heavy cargo/pallets.
• Physical ability to uncrate crates, lift up to 20–25 kg, and work briefly in cold storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & uncrating operations for China shipments (2x/month) with safe unloading and sorting.
• Daily packaging assembly to support production; restock lines to prevent bottlenecks.
• Forklift, reach truck, and material handling across loading docks and storage rooms.
